By creating an account or using Pool Maps Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Pool Maps Pro helps pool service businesses identify homes with swimming pools on satellite maps, organize prospect mailing lists, export mail-ready files and labels, and track marketing campaign results.
Campaign tracking features allow you to create QR codes that redirect visitors to a destination you select and report total scans and estimated unique visitors. QR scan metrics are provided for informational marketing analysis only.
Pool Maps Pro is offered as a monthly subscription of $19.99/month with a 7-day free trial. Billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree to use the service only for lawful direct-mail marketing purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your marketing campaigns comply with all applicable laws and postal regulations.
You are responsible for the content and safety of every website or page linked through your campaign QR codes and for providing any notices or obtaining any consent required by applicable privacy and marketing laws.
You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute data from the service, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or use the service to harass homeowners.
Pool Maps Pro, including its software, interface, visual design, documentation, templates, data structures, non-public system architecture, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of its features, is owned by Pool Maps Pro and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. The integrated process connecting visual property identification, geospatial prospect selection, address association, list management, direct-mail design and fulfillment, and campaign-level QR tracking is referred to in these Terms as the "Platform Workflow." Your subscription grants only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own lawful business purposes.
Except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly display, republish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the service, its visual interface, templates, documentation, or non-public elements of the Platform Workflow. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, probe, or attempt to discover or extract source code, non-public APIs, system architecture, schemas, data-processing methods, security controls, webhook routing, or other non-public technical components of the service.
You may not use bots, spiders, scrapers, data-mining tools, automated queries, or similar means to harvest or extract property addresses, coordinates, geographic selections, customer information, campaign data, or other content from the service. You may not bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent access controls, usage limits, digital asset protections, attribution, or event-tracking features.
You may not access or use the service for competitive intelligence or for the purpose of designing, developing, training, benchmarking, supporting, or improving a competing software product, spatial marketing tool, or lead-generation platform. This restriction applies to direct competitors and anyone acting for or assisting a direct competitor, but does not prohibit lawful independent development that does not use the service, our confidential information, or our protected materials.
A violation of this section is a material breach of these Terms. We may immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account and access to the service, without refund except where required by law. Because unauthorized use or disclosure may cause harm that cannot be adequately remedied by monetary damages alone, Pool Maps Pro may seek injunctive or equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law.
You retain ownership of the prospect lists, notes, and campaign data you create. We store it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Map imagery is provided by Google Maps and is subject to Google's terms. Mailing services such as Click2Mail and Avery are independent third parties — we are not responsible for their products or services.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of map imagery, address data, QR scan counts, unique-visitor estimates, or any marketing results. Scans may include repeat, automated, or otherwise non-customer activity and do not prove a sale or identify a visitor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pool Maps Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
