When you create a Pool Maps Pro account we collect your name and email address. When you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing details — we never store your full card number on our servers.
As you use the app, we store the data you create: saved map areas, prospect lists, property addresses, notes, mailing dates, campaign costs, and conversion statuses.
When someone scans a campaign QR code created through Pool Maps Pro, we record the associated campaign, the date and time of the scan, and a randomly generated anonymous browser identifier. This identifier helps estimate unique visitors and does not directly identify the person by name, email address, or phone number.
We use your information to provide the service — displaying maps, saving your prospect lists, generating exports and labels, processing subscription payments, and sending service-related emails such as receipts and account notices.
We use QR scan data to redirect visitors to the destination selected by the campaign owner and to provide campaign analytics, including total scans and estimated unique visitors. These insights help business owners compare which offers, messages, and designs attract attention.
We do not sell your personal information, prospect data, or QR scan data to third parties.
Pool Maps Pro relies on trusted third-party providers: Google Maps (map imagery and geocoding), Stripe (payment processing), and Base44 (application hosting and data storage). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Addresses you add to prospect lists are publicly visible property locations that you identify yourself. You are responsible for using this data in compliance with applicable direct-mail and marketing laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and any state-level regulations.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual lists, addresses, and saved areas at any time from within the app. To request full account deletion, contact us and we will remove your account data.
Your data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your prospect lists is restricted to your account only.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
